3. Orders & Payments

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Easypaisa & JazzCash

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer both nationwide (Pakistan) and international shipping
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Pakistan: 3–5 working days
    • International: 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are borne by the customer and will be calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We maintain a strict but fair return policy:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged
  • Requests must be made within:
    • 7 days (Pakistan orders)
    • 10 days (International orders)

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Sale items are also eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.
